Why Saint Basics x RePack?
At Saint Basics, we believe that the world needs better solutions to single-use packaging. That's why, in addition to our bio-degradable packaging, we now offer a circular alternative. It's called RePack - a shipping bag that can be used over and over again. RePack reduces trash and saves you money, because you'll be rewarded for using it!

Shop at Saint Basics and select RePack as your packaging option at the checkout. A RePack costs €2.50.

RePack is a reusable packaging, but for this to work, your help is needed. Once you have received your goods, simply fold the return flap outside and close the packaging. Drop RePack in your nearest post box. The return is already paid for. This way we can keep the party going!

That's not all! Once your RePack is returned you will receive a reward voucher. You can claim your reward at any RePack using store. So expect to hear from RePack soon!
How to get RePack delivery?
When selecting RePack as your packaging option the packaging cost will be added to your purchase. After returning your RePack, you will be rewarded with a voucher. If you choose to use your voucher at Saint Basics, your discount will be 10%.

How do I return my empty RePack?
How do I get my reward?
At the moment your RePack is registered as returned, RePack will send you an email with a link to the RePack Marketplace. There, you’ll see all the brands participating in the program, and you’ll be able to pick a reward from the brand you like. Some brands give discounts, others give to charity.
When you've made your choice, just click on the 'Redeem voucher' button, and you’ll see a reward code appear. If it's a discount voucher, you’ll be able to use it on the brand website.
You don’t need to pick a reward right away. The link will stay valid until you find the use of a reward. No need to buy anything just because you feel you have to :)
Need to return your purchase?
The RePack with the purchases need to be returned to Saint Basics. Please follow the customer return instructions on our website. Also, note when closing RePack:
Close the RePack with the velcro and some tape.
Stick the Saint Basics return label on the front of the RePack on top of the tape. Use more tape if necessary.
Important! Please make sure RePack return label is not visible when returning the purchase as this will cause a delay in your return.
